WHERE HYPHA RUNS

The platform is general. The deployment is specific.

Hypha is task-agnostic by design. The platform picks the model family for the data and the question. The deployments below are the use cases government customers are calling about today.

The real Hypha decision-support console: a dark operations surface with the operator's plain-English query across the top, a red DO NOT DEPLOY verdict banner, a KPI strip showing the honest holdout score of 0.143 against a cross-validation score of 0.953, a tracked-units list with red and blue force markers, a tactical situation map with hex-binned unit positions and two trajectories, a playback timeline, and the doctrine bar.

THE VEHICLE

Awardable on CDAO Tradewinds.

AgentForge is "Awardable" in the CDAO Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace today. PEO-SDA recommended USSOCOM consider deploying AgentForge via OTA on CDAO Tradewinds within 60 to 80 days. The vehicle is open. The call-order workflow is the next step.

USE CASES

Where Hypha is in active conversation today.

Twelve of sixteen capability cells are validated against the PEO-SDA assessment. The four remaining cells are sequenced for H2 2026. Two deployments lead the conversation today.

Lead mission area

ISR and intelligence fusion

Multi-INT correlation across SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and full-motion video. The Visualization Agent composes the operator-facing dashboard with the provenance the J2 needs to brief the commander.

Lead mission area

Command and control

Operator-built decision support that sits inside the existing C2 stack. Hypha does not replace the C2. Hypha gives the operator a model that runs against the data the C2 already has.

Capability times mission matrix. Y-axis lists four agent capabilities: contextual understanding, model building, semantic fusion, and visualization. X-axis lists four mission domains: ISR, command and control, logistics, and compliance. Twelve of the sixteen cells are filled gold marking validated capability, with four cells planned for second half twenty twenty six.

  • Mission area

    Special Operations

Validated against the USSOCOM TE 26-2 corpus. Local-first. Air-gap capable. Built for the unit that does not have time for a vendor cycle.

  • Mission area

    Predictive maintenance and logistics

Time-on-platform forecasting. Component health. Supply demand. The operator drops the telemetry, Hypha picks the model, the J4 sees the chart.

  • Mission area

    Threat assessment and force protection

Anomaly and novelty detection against pattern-of-life baselines. Adversary behavior that does not match the baseline gets surfaced, with the model's confidence and the data it is reading from.

THE READINESS LADDER
