What this site is.
This site is informational. It describes Hypha, the AgentForge team, the work we are doing, and how to reach us. The site is not the platform; the platform is contracted separately.
What you can do.
Read it. Link to it. Quote it with attribution. Use the contact form to reach us. Apply for a role.
What you cannot do.
Scrape the site at scale, attempt to defeat the admin login, post our content to a competing site as if it were yours, or upload malware to the application form.
The platform.
If AgentForge gives you access to Hypha or any AgentForge software, the terms of that access are in the platform contract, not on this page. Hypha IP is protected via trade secret, copyright, and proprietary licensing.
Warranties.
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that the site will be available at any given moment, or that every link will resolve, or that every paragraph is current to the hour.
Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentForge, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site.
Governing law.
Virginia law governs. The forum is the federal and state courts sitting in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Changes.
We will update this page when the terms change. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when.
