1. What we collect.

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any details you choose to give us in the contact form, the application form, or by email. If you upload a resume, we keep the resume.

2. What we use it for.

We use it to reply to you, to evaluate applications, to track open conversations, and to keep the books for AgentForge, Inc. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with marketing partners, because we do not have marketing partners.

3. The platform itself.

The Hypha platform runs local-first on the customer's hardware. Customer data does not leave the customer's hardware unless the customer explicitly exports it. This privacy policy covers the website, not the platform; the platform's data handling is contractual per deployment.

4. Cookies.

The site uses session cookies for the admin login. The site does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

5. Your rights.

Email [email protected] and ask us to delete your record. We will confirm deletion in writing within five business days.

6. Children.

The site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
