AgentForge, Inc. is a defense AI product company headquartered in Lovettsville, Virginia. We build Hypha. We are hiring.
A note from the founder.
AgentForge started in 2025 because I spent twelve years watching good people make hard calls with bad tools. The intel was either not where the call was, or it was where the call was but the analyst had no way to make sense of it before the window closed. The platform I wanted on the flight line did not exist. So we built it.
Hypha is the first thing we are shipping. It is an agentic AI platform for the Department of War and the Intelligence Community. The shape that matters is this: the operator is in the seat where the model gets built. There is no forward-deployed engineer, no vendor cycle between the unit and the model. The staff officer who has the question runs the question. The platform tells the truth about whether the model is ready.

The defense work is the funding mechanism. The mission is bigger. AgentForge funds peace by building the technologies that end the need for war. The country that builds the next thing first does not have to fight for it. The country that puts the modeler closest to the mission is the country that decides the next thirty years.
The work we ship has to be honest. The platform refuses to deploy models that fail the holdout. The agents cite their sources. The compliance trajectory is sequenced with the OTA timeline, not back-fit to it. The team is small on purpose, and every person on it signs the work they shipped. If a paragraph on this site does not match what the engineering says, that is a defect, and we fix it.

The operator is the modeler.
No forward-deployed engineer. No vendor cycle between the unit and the model. The platform makes a staff officer the modeler, and that is the only thing that scales in the field.

The platform tells the truth.
If the model fails on the holdout, the platform says so. If the data is too thin to train, the platform says so. If there is a better answer than ours, we will say so first.

Hypha runs in the room with the data. No commercial cloud LLM, no API key, no network egress at runtime. The room is the deployment.
