Standard terms and conditions apply. The full terms are on the terms-of-service page. Plain-English summary: AgentForge owns Hypha; the customer owns the data the customer brings to Hypha; the platform does not exfiltrate that data; the operator's interactions are auditable.

What the platform does with customer data.
