Intellectual property

The complete IP statement.

One statement, three instruments, one hard exclusion. The defensibility is in the engineering and the validation, and it is written down here in full.

§1.2Copyright
The source, the model artifacts, and the platform surfaces are protected by copyright held by AgentForge, Inc.
§1.3Proprietary licensing
Hypha is delivered under proprietary license terms. AgentForge owns the platform; the customer licenses its use.

Privacy

What the platform does with customer data.

Local-first is not a setting to enable. It is the default the runtime is built around, and the full privacy statement is on the privacy page.

§3.0 Customer data handling
§3.1Local-first runtime
The runtime is local-first. Computation happens on the customer's own hardware.
§3.2Data residency
Customer data does not leave the customer's hardware unless the customer explicitly exports it.
§3.3No telemetry
The platform does not phone home.
